Where are all the regens???

I've just downloaded the 11.2.1 patch to my Horsham game(2015-16), and all of a sudden it seems that there are no regens coming through! So far I've checked Africa(none on the 13.01.2016, they're supposed to be out the 10.01), Ireland(none, 31.12), Sweden(none, 31.11). What is going on? This is making me very nervous as I've spent a lot of time and effort on Horsham and was planning to have it be my big game for this FM(I allways play one game first for four or five seasons, then start a rags to riches game that I play until the new release).

Is anyone else experiencing the same problem? This is really starting to bug me!
