Redbyrd
I have a player who is upset about my team's lack of discipline. How do I fix this problem? Is he upset about red cards, yellow cards, letting the other team score by making mistakes, players drinking at night, what?
La Furia Roja
no he is unhappy with your lack of discipline. It means that you are not warning or fining players for red cards etc.
Sunlock
red cards, just make sure to warn the involved player who had the red card, if violent you might want to consider a fine, it wont matter though in the big picture, the warning is enough to keep the angry faces at bay. Redbyrd
I thought it might be red cards. But I have warned everyone who got a red card and fined 1 week the two people who got violent behavior. BTW the complaining guy is one of the two who got fined for violent behavior. *Grimario*
If it is a complaint about lack of discipline, I have found that fines or warnings are not enough... your actions in the media also play a part. I first encountered it when my star winger was red carded for a rash challenge... and in the media my response to a question was something along the lines of "No, he is vital to our clubs success and will be back in the line up after he serves his ban". That is what started my squads complaint about discipline, despite me fining him two weeks wages - it was the "if you are good enough, doesn't matter whose leg you break, you will always be back in the team" kind of response that I gave that lead to the PR next to a few players.
