What makes this impressive? I let Gerrard and Torres go before the season, didnt spend more than 3million on any single player, and have a wage bill under 1mill a week. If you're at a big club and doing well then you might not get offers - why should another club embarrass themselves by getting turned down by a manager at a rival club? .... however if you apply you'll probably be in with a good chance for most positions I'd have thought.
