RedRock1986 Posted January 10, 2011 Share Posted January 10, 2011 When playing with teams like Arsenal, Man Utd, Barca etc that contain players with the attributes to play at a fast pace should you keep it at that tempo regardless of formation? I normally play a 442 (wide) at home and 4321 away (narrow) - Surely I would get a bigger advantage playing quick football as opposed to slowing the play down? With the big teams, they break forward very quickly with short passing that they are capable of. It's similar to how United played in the 90's.
