jsm
Managing United I signed an 18 year old Regen from Mali who would require a three years loan spell at my Belgian feeder club Antwerp until he was able to play for me. After half a season I decided to recall him from loan for some tutoring due to his poor mental attributes. Despite the apparent success of the tutoring his stats had not improved at all. I then had a look at his hidden attributes with Genie and discovered he has a very low ambition rating of 9. This combined with a determination rating of 8 made me decide to cash in on him and sell him to Chelsea for 1.6M having spent only 75k on him initially. It has since turned out that he is eligible to play for Chelsea. Could anyone offer any suggestions as to why he can represent Chelsea and not me considering he still requires two and a half years in Belgian to be eligible for a work permit ? DeadZone
Has he played for the Mali national team since joining you? Might have become eligible for a work permit after you signed him
gregt or smokey
ive heard that if your team is filled with non-european players then it makes it harder to get more in and therefore they will require a work permit. have a look at how many non-eu players are in each team
