tim justice Posted January 10, 2011 Share Posted January 10, 2011 tried to start a game with lowest rep manager at a big club and the whole of the first team are worried at my lack of experience and have their morale at poor, which is fair enough. but even after winning games, i go back to poor a day after the game. how long does it take for that behaviour to go away, surely not for the whole season? i like a challenge but considering how important morale is in this game, getting gimped back to poor after each game doesnt feel like fun to me. Imagine if a sunday league player got the job at Blackburn. He would be under scrutiny for at least the whole first season.
