By real time I mean, play one day in FM per 24 hours, and play all your matches on the date they're due in full mode.. I imagine it would be too consuming? But seriously - it would be a little bit odd, as, as was pointed out above, it would take you a litteral year to do a year and that would be rather long winded. EG - the papers reported that I said the XXX was a crap manager, but a player who I also praised in the conference is happy with my comments about him. I also find that the questions regarding squad confidence will always have an effect as I often opt for the 'if complacency seeps in there will be a problem option, and when I don't I have players who will become complacent more easily.
