SaintGeorge67
Hi. If as a manager I have maximum reputation and choose to manage a "lesser" country, does their national reputation increase by my presence and as such they eventually start getting better youth players? I want to manage Hungary and make them great again but not if I know their youth players will be no better than their current players. Many thanks. SWaRFeGa
I don't see how having a great manager makes youths develop at any higher level than they should do. The obvious countries (Brazil, Italy) will get lots of great players over the years - Hungary will get one good player in 10 years, if they're lucky. Nothing you can do will change that. Gotta work with what you've got.

bazzaboythe1st
Yep, i think Swarfega is right, but i would let that put you off the challenge. Besides you dont have to have the worlds greatest players to be a good side, look at Euro 2008, France and Holland are out, but Turkey and Russia are still in it....
