SI Staff Marc Vaughan Posted January 7, 2011 SI Staff Share Posted January 7, 2011 This sort of thing can happen - but should be darn rare in the same vein of 'Richard Richard' being possible (as both are present in the database as First and Surnames in England). You'll generally see more 'repetition' in smaller nations where the name set available is smaller - but we do try and avoid such oddities as much as possible.
