Here is the catch though, your scout has to have at least 19+ in judging player potential and ability. My scouts have 20/20 and even guys like Messi only get 4 stars.. It will happen though, you just need to be a lower league club and scout a top player. but its unlikely a low league club will have a scout that good Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
