Release all players?

This option was in the editor last year or the year before but I am yet to find it in the FM11 editor, is it still there? If so, where abouts in the editor?

I would like to run an experiment with there being no players or staff at any club to see who goes where, what players are left on a free etc. etc. but without my knowledge of whether this feature is still in the editor i'm unable to do this
