Help!!

i recently bought fm11 and i downloaded it on to steam after a day or so of playing it came up with a run time error causing the game to close, i havent had this problem with either 10 or 09. So instead i decided to download it offline, so i have to use the disk everytime, after iinstalling it worked fine but when i tried to play it again after closing it, putting the disk in nothing happended. Can anyone help, i really want and need to play.

You mean by download offline that you bought the game from the shop and installed yes? What patches have you installed, if you have not installed the boxed version patch it will not load up? I believe some people have also had this issue before and it just took quite a few goes of putting the cd in and out for it to work.
