TonyOUFC Posted January 7, 2011 Share Posted January 7, 2011 Yes I have experienced similar to this, I'm playing as Oxford United in League 2 and in my first season by Xmas was sitting around 3rd place, doing pretty well. Then all of a sudden, literally from the turn of the year (in the game), there was a noticeable trend to results - basically I could win almost every game at home but hardly ever win away. It was getting ridiculous at times, one week I played the team one place below me at home and beat them 4-1, then the next game I was away to the bottom of the league side, I changed no tactics or team, everyone was on 100% and I lost 4-0 !!!!! This continued for much of the second half of the season, whatever I did I just could not win away (I think I did once, 3-2 with a last minute goal), but I was winning pretty much every home game 5-1, 6-1, a couple of draws.
