FM2011 Online Manual Question.

I came across the link to the online manual in one of the stickies and downloaded it but cannot seem to open it. Can someone tell me how or what program I need?. The link is below.

I'm guessing adobe? cant open the link it wont load properly - stupid daft virgin internet provider.

Also having problems opening the link with Google Chrome, seems to work with Firefox..
