I'm managing in China ATM, and I always get a cash influx in January (Chinese season runs on the calendar year) under this category, not to be seen again until next January. I know it's not injections from the board because those always show up in the news feed, and plus I was sitting on about US$2M before this year's injection. Suppose it could be government injections.
