mcleod_69_69_69 Posted December 28, 2010 Share Posted December 28, 2010 I am wondering what the best scouting options are, Normally I am a smaller club so I am only allowed a few scouts. So I use them to scout entire regions, but I imagine if I select them to individual nations I would get better scouting. So then I imagine if I say to my scouts to scout specific competitions I would get even more reports because all their time is spent on one competition.
