NOTES

the basic tactic (4123 Attack) was created based on the one Henk Ten Cate used in his job at Panathinaikos...its a very fluid attacking 41221 with wing backs, anchor man, a box2box, a playmaker, an inside forward on the right, a winger on the left, and a quick poacher at the front...

the 4123 CL is exactly the same tactic only with high time waste and low tempo...(i ve taken this idea from here i dont remember from who, and it has done WONDERS for me) it is for derbys, and home (or away some times its up to your common sense) matches at champions league...

the 550 is a very defensive counter tactic for when you are a big underdog...Panathinaikos against Arsenal or Real away (and home depending your common sense) for example...

the changes are a SW, and the fact that the two wingers are Inside Forwards...

it is a counter tactic but if you are winning by two or by one near at the end of the match you change it to Contain...

Generally i was very lucky in the Champions League, including some great performances from Ochoa, but the fact that i only conceed 5 goals in the league in 30 matches, and that i won the Champions League in my first year i think it means this is a good Set...the Super Cup and the Club World Championship where easy because the team was on fire by the previous year, and that i managed with some great sells, to buy with 48months way some GREAT PLAYERS (Valdivia, Kleber, Galeano, M'Bengue, Ochoa in my first year some the first summer some on January and Biglia, Bassong to the second year)

...the tactic is important but not as in other years...possitive stand in Press Conferneces and keep the teams morale high...and also ALERT team before very easy matches...

...Good GK (Ochoa), DL DR good tackling and pace (i have M'Bengue left and Rafael right)...DM Tenacius (i have Simao)...2 MCs good tackle and passing(i have Valdivia for playmaking and Biglia as box2box)...AMR good finish (i have Kleber), AML quick winger with flair(i have Leto)...STC killer like Cisse or Kleber...

...Match Preparation: Workload High...Team blend until it blens FULL, and then Defensive Positioning...

...i ve used some great tactics from here, as some of mine but i never made such a great first year...the only difference beside the tactic in this save, was that i've bought some great coaches, so i have at least 4 stars in every section of the training...i am using Ahoj Schedules...

but i think in such low league there will be a problem with the tempo and creative freedom

Some Mistakes i ve just saw

1. in Attack tactic, to the AML position, you untick tackle so that it goes to Hard...

INMPORTANT NOTE: IN THE GAME, when a player has a yellow, you change the tackle to easy...

2. in CL tactic you choose to the ST position, Long Shots and Throuht balls at sometimes

3. in the 550 tactic, in the DL and AML positions you untick tackling so that it goes to normal, and you make the right winger an insight forward

My english is not great but this tactic is amazing. I have only tested it with Real Madrid so far and won la liga and champions first season. 99 points and Casillias got injured at the end of the season when i had important games.

Real Madrid 99p 122-16 could have been even beter did not play my good players at the end of the season.

Cl final: Real Madrid-Man Utd 3-1 (without Casillias) Gk is very important in this tactic.

Ronaldo scored 55 goals as right winger

Higuain scored 35 goals

the 4123 CL both home and away...its a derby ;-)

in my save my AMR is a Right footed but he is doing wonders...(Kleber 25/21/7)

i guess that if he is a left footed is better but no problem if not ;-)

but i think the AML Winger, MUST be a left footed (i have Leto and the quick Traore from Arsenal)

i will give you an example of my commons sense of which tactic to use

lets take for example Stoke City

vs Aston Villa A 4123CL

vs Wigan H 4123 ATTACK

vs Man Utd A 550 (if i conceed i change it to 4123 CL and if i conceed again or if i dont score until 75th minute i change it to 4123 ATTACK and change it to Overload /// if you score it depends on your mood you can either wish for an another goal in a counter or you can full defend by changing the mentality to contain in any time)

vs Arsenal H 550 (the same)

vs Newcastle A (4123CL)

vs Blackpool A (4123 ATTACK)

those are examples...i havent try it in England, so i am waiting feedbak audhusd ;-)

in Greece or in Scotland managing the giants things are different...you are playing against much worst teams so you use the ATTACK tactic more often both home and away

about Workload...

i am not a FM master so i havent seen until today that if you have workload on high, each player works 40% training 50% workload and 10% his individual (attribute) training

so i ve changed it to default and my players now work 60% the training 30% MP and 10% IT

i havent see the results yet but i thing until now this option of mine (workload high) prevented my young players to improve massively)

PS. its a good tactic but this is the FIRST tactic i used when patched 11.2.1 so either its a good tactic or 11.2.1 made the game easyer....

because to the previous game with Arsenal the team couldnt do anything up front...so i desided to risk to see how it will go...;-)

Great tactics you have made here HTC. Here are my results first season with Liverpool. I used the attack tactic 99% of the time, I only used the CL tactic if the other team was getting the better

of me. For teamtalks I used I expect I win every match as I tried wish luck and lost so stayed with expect win all season.

First season I won the double, team won premier league and league cup. Some great results in the season were beating Arsenal 6-0 at home, Fulham 10-0 at home and PSG 7-0 at home!!

I scored 99 goals and only let in 20 over the whole season in the league. I changed the tactic settings as you suggested in post 4 which is why I saved it as updated, that is the only change I made.

it is exactly the same tactic only that time waste is at often and tempo at very slow...

its worked for me in derbys both in the league and in Champions League...derby in the Champions League i mean a match between Panathinaikos and Marseille for example...a match that the odds are almost even...or to use it in a match that you attacked the most, to hold on to a result...
