Mac Install - Only saving to Applications, not in User/Documents??

Hi guys, i always presumed any skins logos facepacks etc always had to be saved in the directory on a mac that is users/documents etc

Well after installing FM11 its only saved in applications, theres nothing in the users/documents???

Any ideas?

Only the custom skins, pictures, facepacks have to be saved in the user directory. When you install the game this directory is empty, because all the pictures included in the game are part of the database folder.

Put all the custom files in the user directory.

But usually when installing the game it creates directories for a "sports interactive" folder in both applications and also in the users.

It hasn't made a folder in users this time so I can't save my skins etc

Did you look into:

users/yourname/documents/sportsinteractive

If there is no folder, you should install the game again.

Yeah that's where I mean mate but there's nothing there I uninstalled and re installed but it's still not creating anything in the users/documents

You should try to search with spotlight for a sportsinteractive folder, as the game does generate one, when there is no error message during the installation.

I can't remember off hand, but it may be that the folder appears once you start the game. I run FM on my mac and the folder is in my Documents folder but can't think if it was there when I installed or not till after I ran the game for the 1st time.
