FM 2011 Time for another question to advance my understanding.

Ok during a game when I look at the assistance advise I will get a comment like "David Cowen is used to playing and a higher tempo then asked to today." Is there a setting or something I can set to change that. Another one is "some players of the team are having trouble blending" but I just assumed that could be fixed by the Match preperation team blend option. I think that is it at the moment.

1) If your player is used to playing a higher tempo you can either help them by setting your team to play with a higher tempo (tactics screen) although this may well have an effect on other players in your team who are used to playing a slower tempo. Additionally the player is likely to adapt to your style of play within a season or two depending on adaptability perhaps.

2) Yeah use team blend. And then keep new signings to a minimum.
