FlyMyPrettiesFly
My Darlaston squad have had a bad run of results and gone from 1st in October to 16th in February. I am trying everything to motiviate them by praising performances even when we lose, but it seems to be that the harmony is a dreaded 0.00% What can I do? Koki
Sack the manager! Uh, wait.. Try winning some friendly matches, sell unhappy/unliked players if necessary, have private chats so that they have a good relationship with you.
FlyMyPrettiesFly
Thanks for the advice guys I'll have a thumb through the squad and get rid of the bad eggs. Saying that, this is affecting attendances as we've gone from getting 150 in one game, to around 29 in our last game where we lost 3-0 to Wellington.
