11.2.1 patch problem

hi

the game patch 11.2.1 i downloaded the patch by accident. The games i have saved does not load up. I deleted steam and football manager and reinstalled everything. Game will still not work and i tried loading it before and after and not working.

Any chance of a quick fix for steam people.?
