Holding a grudge

One of my players doesn't like me very much. It's quite funny actually.

About two seasons ago I forgot to discipline a player that was sent off. Well the screen auto continued and the option disappeared before I realised.

Well Paulo Henrique came to me for a conversation and I said I'd try to change my ways. But he said he didn't believe me. I then said I'd better leave this conversation for the time being. Then Neymar comes to me complaining that I treated Paulo Henrique unfairly??? So I calmed him down.

Neymar is ok with everything now. But anytime I go to have a private chat with Henrique the conversation starts with him saying

"What have done this time?"

I tried several things to ease the tension. I got him to tutor a player. Which was great he was up for that. Then I asked him if he could recommend a Coach and he wittingly replied

"It's not my job to hire staff"

Talk about holding a grudge! He wasn't even involved in the incident 2 seasons ago. He was just concerned about the discipline at the club... and then he called me a liar. And now he's a right little bitch.

Fun though - I suppose not all managers get on with their players.
