Terminating Loan Contracts?

I had Roque Santa Cruz on a loan deal, but the bugger has just done in his calf and is out for four months, which is essentially the rest of the season. So I'm paying £37'500 a week for a crock who scored 1 goal for me ^^

I understand if you can't terminate the deal as it's a bit unfair to Manchester City, but I could do it in FM10. Has it been taken out of the game?

You can only do so if it is installed as a clause in the original deal - can be recalled.
