A number of managers keep getting sacked on same day

Is anyone else seeing batches of a few AI managers all getting sacked on the same day...its not a life changer but it is a bit strange.

Yeah, I noticed the same thing today funnily enough...

I've seen 2 go on the same day on one of my saves. I bet you get a load of answers that 'It does actually happen!!!'. Loads of bugs and people come on here and desperately try to cover them up and defend the game.

Yeah I see this a lot, no manager will get sacked for a round 2 weeks then on one day 5 or 6 managers will get sacked on one day across Europe.

I see this a lot with international managers, they all get sacked the day after a competition ends, or a qualification round ends etc. Unrealistic that it's on the same day, but I can understand why as it's just the game processing that these managers have failed to achieve at the same time.

I had 8 being sacked in the PL and Championship in one day. Crazy collusion by the chairmens.

It should be spread out a little more I think, it's always been like this unfortunately. Right back to CM2 I think.

I spotted this happen several times in my first season. But also hiring happens on the same day. CP and Swansea sacked there managers on the same day and hired new manager a week later on the same day.

I don't think it's that weird. The teams sack tehir managers after a match. It all happens around the same time of the year but usually AI teams give managers a chance before canning them. (Exception: One time Nantes went through 4 managers in 3weeks)

C'mon guys, it's AI after all. There is bound to be a mechanical feel to it. My guess is, the AI decides at specific points in the season whether the AI manager is performing well enough or if he needs to go, and so all the managers which do not make the cut at that particular point for that particular team get sacked simulataneously.

yep at times i get 15 - 20 international managers get sacked same day! ! lol very unrealistic

Same here. There seems to be a "sacking day".

Was that all for minor nations? Noticed that as well.

I've noticed 3 international managers being sacked in one day. They were all managers of Asian nations. Syria, Yemen and Tajikistan. Didn't bother checking to see if they'd just failed to qualify for a tournament though, which could have been the case.

As for domestic managers, the most I've seen in a day was in the Blue Square Premier, with the bottom two clubs sacking their managers on the same day. Both had been win-less for a while and media reports had been building up the pressure, so both sackings seemed feasible to me.

I notice lots of players getting long-term injuries on the same day aswell.

While processing I see a number of players injured for several months one after another.

Probably that "check whether manager gets sacked"-function is called once a week or so. It would slow down the game if the game would check everything everyday. Knowing that, I can live fine with multiple managers being sacked on the same day.

I've noticed it yeah. Best instance though was on last years game for me though! Look in the news on the right!

but lets get real, the only way SAF will leave Man U is feet first...

probably theres a special time when chairmans draw line and decides if manager its good or not.
