Owl1
I find that if a player's fitness stats are low due to old age, and then they retire. Their regan comes into the game with low fitness stats as well, even if their only 18. For this reason Claude Makelele's regan is always useless! I hope the "SI" guys can look at this, as my teams are always made up of regans
Cristiano Messi
keep letting them play, their fitness level will increase. Just have to be patient, that is why they are called youngster, they will develop
tylerazevedo
I dont think they are regens anymore. I think they are new gens now. Meaning their attributes aren't based off of the retiring players attributes. I think there are some hard coded new gens though...like Giggs or Beckham that will be as good as they were in their prime.
Adam-T93
How can you tell if someone's a regen rather than a newgen - and how do you know which player they're a regen of?
tylerazevedo
How can you tell if someone's a regen rather than a newgen - and how do you know which player they're a regen of? I think it's pure speculation. If you read this post How to have perfect Manager score (And take a BSQ team to the Premier in the process) for 2010 and scroll down to the screen shots of "Andrew Driver" and "Darren Rose" you can see why we speculate that Driver is a Beckham newgen and Rose is a Giggs newgen. Of course nothing has been confirmed that I know of, it's just speculation (but an educated guess).
