JimmyIOCS Posted December 22, 2010 Share Posted December 22, 2010 Man Management, Working with Youngsters, Determination, Judging Player Ability, Judging Player Potential, Level of Discipline, Motivating and Tactical Knowledge are the attributes I look for. I don't worry too much if Working with Youngsters or Level of Discipline are on the lowish side as long as he excels in other areas.
