I'd say do it on a league outside the biggest 5,6 leagues of Europe.. for instance the prize and TV money in Germany and England is massive so it would make it easier.. doing it outside the big leagues would require some wheeling and dealing to get funds. How is it a challenge to take a team in good standing and turn them into a success? Why don't you take a rubbish Serie C2/BSS team with a tiny stadium and awful players from the very bottom to the top, consecutive promotions all the way and win the top flight in your first season?
