So frustrating...just hired two new scouts, but for some reason I could not assign them to assignments. Opened reports and it kept opening the ones which my Ass Man had. Tried to go the "other way" by assigning them as club scouts and then it crashed. Someone else encountering this problem. The game just would not let my scouts scout.
