Player Stats Disappearing

Just a minor problem I've noticed... signed Van Buyten (Bayern Munich) up to a play/coach contract in my first season and it's wiped his player history for the year. He's still on the league stats it's just his has reset to when he signed the new contract.

Side note from that... the stats he lost total 20 leage goals before the end of February (by far my best goalscorer, and top of the leagues by 6 goals from Podolski). I assume it's already been pointed out (although it was the same on old FM games), scoring from set pieces is far too easy with a strong, tall, butch header
