French Ligue 1 Squad Sizes - Any improvements after patching to 11.2 ?

Has anyone seen an improvement with the Bloated French Club Squads?

I've yet to see any change. The Squad sizes are still inflated, and almost all french Ligue 1 clubs have between 10-25 strikers in the first team squad despite them playing only one striker in their default tactics. Moreover, there are still transfer rumours suggesting they're on the lookout for more strikers. A similar trend is visible in case of Defensive Midfielders and Centre-Halves.

The patch notes say this has been fixed (at least a fix has been attempted) in v11.2, so I'm just wondering if anyone has seen any improvements yet or do I need to play for a season or more to see any improvements?
