Unrealistic Manager Appointments

There is probz a thread on this but managerial appointments on fm seem very unrealistic. Take one example on my panithinikos file olympiakos sacked their manager and replaced with a manager in the second division who was in the bottom 3. I thought maybe he played for them but nope he hadn't and now their doing even worse. Surely this is not a realistic appointment.

Ipswich Town hired me as there manager and I find it very hard to believe,I don't even have a coaching badge and I never seem to care about them until the wife and kid have gone to bed and I have a beer in my hand...pretty unrealistic to be honest.

Now, I realise he has only taken the under 20s France job - but after the world cup there is no way on gods green earth that that french football association is going to have anything else to do with that man.
