Physios

I just took over as manager of a small Italian side in Serie C2A and I have 3 physios that are each under contract for the next few years and all have a physio stat of 4. I can realistically go out and sign a new physio that has a stat of 10 or 11 for what my board will let me spend on salary. The problem is that my board has set a max of one physio, even though I have 3 now. So my questions are is it better to have one physio with an 11 rating or 3 with a 4 rating? I don't really know how much the physio rating impacts the game so I'm not sure of the obvious answer here. I would always rather have someone with more skill, but then I would have to get rid of the three, but out their contracts and have only 1 physio to handle the workload. Suggestions? Thanks.

get 1 better one, will speed up injuries as well as give you a much more accurate time frame, i dont think the number of physios you have has a huge impact
