heathxxx Posted December 18, 2010 Share Posted December 18, 2010 The only time I've had a "top" referee (which just happened to be Howard Webb) so far in the lower leagues, was in the FA Trophy final. That would seem quite appropriate to me, for a final. If he's (or any other "A" list referee) is suddenly officiating league matches at lower levels, then I would say that it isn't really correct.
