Martyr1777 Posted December 17, 2010 Share Posted December 17, 2010 Well depending on the team and league there is an issue where the wage restrictions are so low you can offer even average staff the bare minimum they want. Compared tot he EPL the MLS is a lower league, but they are still much bigger then say npower 2. But I've stated in other threads that Colorado in the MLS can only offer 5K/yr more then Hereford for a coach. Some teams have had their wage restrictions set to ludicrous standards... I mean hell, with my Colorado save when you combine the salary cap and the limit to my staff numbers it's actually impossible to get up to my wage budget max because I can't pay my staff more then 40K/yr Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
