Overcoming lanague difficulty when managing foreign team

As an English manager managing a foreign team with a different languge for the players. Does the fact that the players speak a different languge to you affect inthe game. If so how do you conteract it. The only way I can think of is employing an assistant who speaks English and the language of the country of the team you are managing. Are there anymore if so what have you done to overcome this

Well, most of what I noticed is that journalists ask you about it from time to time, just like they do when you hire a player who does not speak the language.

You slowly learn it. I don't think who you choose as assistant matters, but I could well be wrong.
