Basically, I asked my board to improve the youth facilities, and to buy the stadium, which they agreed to. I was given a date of July 12th 2011 for it to be completed. The blue bars suggest that the planning stage for both is now complete, yet I've had nothing in my news inbox, and no change in the blue bars (eg changing to building, or negotiating, etc).
