Game returns to default skin

Everytime I load my game, my settings over everything have gone for example 3D settings, League and squad icons on bar at the top of screen, Conversions (Feet instead of cm & KG instead of stone) and advice boxes reset themselves. Its not a major issue but it annoys me. So my settings are not saved when I load my game up every time.
