Coop
Does anyone get their assistant to take care of contracts? I've always did it myself but I'm bored with it in this years version.
POMPEY657
I would never let my assistant have control of contracts, no matter how good their attributes are..
Lazaru5
God no! All those fringe players that you want to get rid of will end up on long contracts being paid way too miuch money! Let your youth coach give youngsters deals but all the others deal with yourself! (the youth team coach only gives contracts to the very best prospects so you don't lose out)
Coop
That's a no-no then. I've never let him in charge of it before, it doesn't look like I will now. Thanks.

So, a big NO for the AssMan!!

I had the opposite problem, my ass man let several back-ups leave on free transfers. Either way: NO!!!!!!!!!!
