Pre season training = ?

Just curious, what do you train during the pre-season months ? Do you focus on lots off strength/aerobic training, pushing up the general workload and leaving skill training a bit behind ? Or you just stick to the usual skill training used also in the middle of the season ?

I guess its best to focus on the physical aspects of training, but I keep my players in their usual schedule (I try to avoid tedious micro management), and my players are match fit when the season kicks off. I play a lot of friendlies though.
