Brads-Wigan Posted December 12, 2010 Share Posted December 12, 2010 Hi, my players always seem to be 'generally unhappy with there training workloal' even though the workload is only set to medium,does this just mean my players are generally lazy and need a kick up the bum lol, or what do i do to get round it?? Nottingham Forest Posted December 12, 2010 Share Posted December 12, 2010 It may not be the workload that your players are unhappy with. It could be what you are asking them to do. For example if you have your goalkeeper doing training that will not benefit him then he will not be happy. Have a look at all of your players and see if you have put them doing training schedules/activities that may not be beneficial to that player. Have you listened to your backroom advice? If you have you may have asked players to train and do things that your assistant and coaches have said would be good but now the player is unhappy .
