Nik_Dut
Why is Gullit's attribute is extremely low ?
Bigshow1
Because he's not very good? He might have good potential.

FrazT
Why is Gullit's attribute is extremely low ? Which particualr attribute are you talking about?
cplpeters1900
Worst Newcastle Manager Ever!
dking
Worst Newcastle Manager Ever! He didn't get them relegated, did he? His stats are low but I signed him as a scout just because it was Ruud Gullit!
Geronimo360
Worst Newcastle Manager Ever! Glenn Roeder? I'm pretty sure any West Ham, Norwich and Newcastle fan will agree that he is the worst manager in the game.
The Carnivorous Badger
No, as a Newcastle fan I can confirm our worst ever manager is the winner of a head-to-head contest between Allardyce, Souness and Joe Kinnear. (So probably Fat Sam then)
pelicanstuff
Glenn Roeder? I'm pretty sure any West Ham, Norwich and Newcastle fan will agree that he is the worst manager in the game. Well, Roeder had a pretty good win percentage compared to most other Newcastle managers of his time (Dalglish, Gullit, Allardyce, Souness) despite having virtually half his squad out injured for a big chunk of his tenure. Ultras5314
As a Feyenoord fan I can tell you he's one of the worst coaches we've ever had. A great player don't get me wrong and even a club legend, but he's really clueless when it comes to managing a side. More occupied with media attention and shaking hands. ommerson
As a footballer he was great, but his managerial potential.... In dutch we would say: Dikke prutser! He's even worse than Ronald Koeman, and that is saying something ;-)
Nik_Dut
Which particualr attribute are you talking about? all atribute there. the only decent attribute he has is adaptability at 18. the other coaching all are less than
Ultras5314
lol, agreed Ommerson. It's baffling how most great players from that generation are anything but good coaches. Gullit, Koeman and even Van Basten. I'd say Rijkaard has some potential though.
ommerson
quote "all atribute there. the only decent attribute he has is adaptability at 18. the other coaching all are less than 10" That seems about adequate. He's quite good at settling anywhere he can make a lot of money based on his name as a footballer. But when it comes to managing a football-team he's far below par. Same story goes for R. Koeman imo. I can't see both ever getting a managerial job in Holland again. Only foreign clubs may be foolish enough to hire them based on their reputation as a player..
