Do you still have to wait around 20 years to get a 2nd new stadium in FM11?

I'm just wondering as I remember reading something on these forums, that in FM10 you can only get a new stadium every 20 years or so? After 7 seasons with Watford, I've got a new stadium, and it wasn't named after me. Bit gutted, as in the seven seasons I won 3 Premierships, 1 Championship, 1 Europa League, 1 Champions League, 3 League Cups, an FA Cup etc and I'm still only on the icons list! I guess you have to be on the legends list to get it named after you.

Anyway, I'm considering quitting the save, as the most I've ever played for is 15 seasons or so, so I doubt I'll play for enough years to get one named after me if you have to wait 20 years. Also it was the fact I was playing in a stadium named after me which helped me keep interest in my long save last year!
