Where do I find out what a players motivation is BEFORE a match?

Hey,

I've been having problems on my current save with my team talks pre-match and half-time absolutely destroying my teams ability to kick a football lol... Now I've been reading up a lot on team talks in FM11 and what I read was that pre-match team talks need to be catered to each individual person based on their morale, prior match ratings, MATCH MENTALITY and player personalities. Now what I don't understand is how do you find out a players motivation BEFORE a match as I can only find a players motivation once a match has started as one of the dropdown menus in match stats.

Any help on where I can find this would be much appreciated.

I don't think you can? Best you can do is morale.

on occasion if a player isnt interested or is over-confident the assistant manager will mention it in his feedback which I think you can view pre-match?

That must be it then. I checked that but only really get stuff about not settling into the squad. I'm guessing when players are either nervous or confident it will show up there.
