coach pre game recomendations noticed they dont follow own judgement

When you check he sometimes says drop X player for poor form.

However if you tell him pick the side then he ignores his own recomendation to drop them and picks them for the game despite his critism of poor form.

So the problem is can we trust his judgement when looking to pick a side for the match equally how much can we trust his judgement of formation marking etc if he dont do it himself if you tell him to select the side.

it might be worth posting this in the bug thread preferably with a save game file before the backroom/pre-match advice report.
