No player or staff pictures appear

After installation, I was informed that there were mistakes during the installation, but looking at the FAQ it said that the error message was caused by differences between Vista and Windows 7 and it shouldn't be cared about. So I ran the game, looked at the preferences, made sure that both real and generated images would be used, confirmed, started a new game and there is no pictures either of players or staff.

What should I do? Re-install the game?
