Manageable Teams

Anyone know if selecting manageable teams to just the country I am in will speed the game up at all? If not then what is the point of this option?

I think so because less players will be loaded to database and game details from other leagues won´t need to be generated

I think you have completely failed to understand that option.

As its selected after you have loaded the game it won't make any changes to which leagues are running or the detail they are simulated in. I believe that the option does is restricts what leagues you can manage in. So if you put it to English clubs only then it wouldn't allow you to apply for jobs outside of England.

Cool, I was wondering what it was for as I had selected it a few times and not noticed any speed increase. Looking back I also posted a thread 7 or 8 months a go asking this question but never got an answer.

I'm guessing you just don't get job offers from countries you've loaded up but have no intention of managing in. Hardly worth having as an option, really.

I just can't see why it is in the game I could understand if you could select a couple of countries as it would be useful when holidaying for a job if you had certain countries you wanted to go to. A bit pointless really.
