Graphics issue

Alright boys,

Really enjoying the name game, but I am having a few problems with graphics,

Some of the graphics I include which have worked on previous versions of FM aren't working, does anyone know why this is? I understand that FM 2011 doesn't accept .PNG files but it does accept .png files, however some of my .png files don't seem to be making it into the game.

My main problem, however, is that the unique IDs of created players seem to change. There is no agreement between the unique IDs the players receive on editor (which are constant) and the IDs they receive on the game, which change whenever I start a new game. This means that graphics don't appear. I understand that this system has been changed for FM 2011, and I've tried creating an xml with player name and dob...but it doesn't seem to be getting me anywhere. Any ideas lads?
