The game has bugs and problems for many people and I've stopped playing it and gone back to FM2010. But after reading this post you should make number 20 the following, which:

20) You can wait for SI to say the truth and admit they are fed up with listening to spoilt little brats who sl*g off their hard work and throw tantrums when a bug happens or a patch isn't delivered straight away!
