International Youth Managers

Recommended Posts

So I been playing as France don't normally bother changing my youth team managers when been in International Managment but thought what the heck give it a go.

Sacked both my U-21 and U-19 manager and started approaching people. Problem is that no one is accepting.

Do people find that most people don't accept or is their certain things you should be looking at for who you should ask?

You should be looking for:

- Nationality, French manager would be more willing to take the job

- Reputation, World class manager won't bother take the job and it goes down the hierarchy

- Staff Role, If they are manager managers, then the chance is less than if they are coach

In fact, man management, tactical knowledge, working with youngster are usually the stats I am looking for when appointing someone for the youth team managers.

Try not to approach big name managers, as those will not want to do the job. Try approaching good ass man or coach and you will get good response.
