I once lost the Premier League title with Barnet on CM01/02 by one goal, thanks to Liverpool scoring an injury time equaliser at Crystal Palace on the final day. Also, some time ago I remember somebody posted a screen shot where a playoff was needed to determine the champions of the Premier League. Can't remember who or when though.
